Use of images - Photos and videos of vehicles

As part of its services, The Street Washers may take photos and/or videos of vehicles entrusted by its customers (before, during or after intervention).

Unless otherwise expressly communicated by the customer before the service, the customer authorizes The Street Washers to use and distribute these images on its professional media, including:

  • Website
  • Social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Advertising or promotional materials
  • Portfolios and commercial documents

In the event of unauthorized use of our photos or videos, we reserve the right to:

  • demand the immediate removal of the content concerned;
  • report the violation to the platforms concerned;
  • take legal action for counterfeiting and copyright infringement.

In accordance with articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code, counterfeiting is punishable by penalties of up to:

  • 3 years imprisonment;
  • €300,000 fine;
  • as well as damages depending on the damage suffered.

The Street Washers also reserves the right to claim compensation for any unauthorized commercial or promotional use of its content.

The Street Washers undertakes never to disclose the client's identity, face, address, or any personal information allowing their identification.

Only the vehicle may appear in the disseminated content.

The client retains the possibility of requesting the removal of an image concerning them: the deletion will be carried out within a reasonable timeframe.

 

Protection of personal data
Personal information collected via the contact form or reservation is strictly confidential. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning you.
